I have an Acer E360 computer with a KU-0355 keyboard and my volume has stopped working. I ran a check on the hardware an everything is working ok when I checked in the properties and ran troubleshoot. I removed the speakers and tested on another computer and they are OK. I am plugged into the correct jack. The only visible thing I noticed is the volume control and mute button have no affect on the on screen volume bars. I will trying a different key board.
