Have just purchased a new scanner from an office supply store. Each time I get to the registration piece where I need to insert the serial number, it comes back that it has not been accepted. I called support for the scanner ... they tell me I've been sold an old model and they no longer support 2.0. How do I proceed? Would like this to get going for work. I am fairly new to photography and have a copy of Elements 2, is this the right program to invest my time in learning or is there a better program for me? I want to learn somthing that gives me mobility but, I will probably never acheive the level of a professional. Thank you for your time.
