how do I set up the printer to print black & white only...

Where can I get a copy of Basic Guide for Canon PIXMA MP 620 printer for directing printing from a memory card? I don't have access to a computer and am trying to print from memory card.

I want to be able to enlarge my photos but don't know which buttons to push on printer to accomplish this. It states in "Getting Started" manual to go to on-screen manual:Basic Guide. I have a cd but nothing to play it on at home. Need help. ...
