I'm seeing the router but can't connect

I install the router, I can see it wirelessly through my laptop. I disabled the security so it is "open". When I come to connect, it won't connect. People tell me it is related to the "Mac Address Filtering" which I don't know of....

Edimax ew-7318ug. I can not install it under USB 1.1

The system can't recognize the device.I'm looking for any kind of inf drivers for manual installation....
