I have printed out a "Print Cartridge Cleaning Page" twice. What other cleaning/maintenance do I need to do in order to improve the print quality. In addition, for about a month in the recent past, whenever I printed out a page, if there was any significant amount of white space on the page, the printer made a huge racket (sounded like something was dragging against something else). For instance, if I printed out a page that had type on the upper half of the page only, the noise was heard only after the type was all printed, while it was advancing the page through the remainder of the print cycle.
