Can't transfer audio files from recorder to PC. Installed software & update previously. First files downloaded last spring using Transfer from top.
Now, Recorder says "PC" ; but it's as if no connection on computer. Nothing shows up in the Recorder Folder on Home page; transfer icons grey, not black so can't "do" anything. And can't do anything with the Transfer up top now either.
